Confirmation: Prevent and Prepare at T-Mobile Field with the Mariners

Please use this form to confirm your volunteer attendance at PEMCO Prevent and Prepare at T-Mobile Field. Please select a role, and a station to facilitate. Our current highest need is for facilitators- if you do not see a 'general volunteer' role, that position has been filled. All facilitators will receive a lesson plan and training prior to the event.

A pre-event training that covers FAQ's and curriculum will be held on 5/27 from 6:30-7:00PM. A recording will be available after the training.

Tickets will be released following the pre-event training. Attendance at the training is not required in order to claim your ticket.
